so far my experience with the worksmart team has been very positive. They are currently providing EMR and managing our billings. We had a billing staff of 6 with a collection rate of 84%. We were able to eliminate the billing staff and collections hover at 96% now. We are very pleased.

I promised a rave review if you guys made the implementation a success and mission accomplished! You guys were able to take something painless like EMR and get us up and running with EMR and our billing in under 2 months. I'm a big fan of the OfficeEMR software and we are already seeing a boost in practice revenue.

worksmart has been great. We signed up in May and, unlike our last billing company, they made sure our insurance checks came in with no delay in cash flow. We always get the same person on the phone and customer service has been excellent.

Good morning Gentlemen: I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Mindy for her tremendous efforts in resolving the back dated Medicare issues. Having done billing in my past position I more than anyone understands how difficult it can be to resolve issue with Medicare. Mindy has gone above and beyond to resolve this issue. As I understand it once she receives the letter from hospice she has their permission to resubmit all charges back to August. The last time I checked this was about $8K.
