L. Reid Jackson, Managing Partner

Mr. Jackson has over forty-years of business development, information technology, and entrepreneurial experience. Since 2000 he has been aiding health care professionals meet the administrative and technical requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards.

Prior to his involvement with WorkSmart MD Billing, Mr. Jackson directed the planning, development, and marketing of a highly specialized software product for health care providers.

Utilizing his knowledge of information technology and HIPAA he is able to maximize the efficiency of medical billing and accounts receivable management.

M. Jayson Meyer, Managing Partner

Mr. Meyer has seven years of medical billing, accounting, and health care management experience. Over the course of his career he has gained in depth knowledge of medical coding, medical procedures, and maximizing insurance receipts. Mr. Meyer’s experience in medical billing and accounting provide an advanced understanding of his specialty. His experience with Medicare, Medicaid, HMO's, and commercial carriers ensures maximum reimbursement for clients.

Prior to establishing WorkSmart MD Billing Mr. Meyer consulted for a high volume medical center in Volusia County, FL. He had sole responsibility for inclusive medical billing for individual facilities, he managed health claims for multiple providers, and had specific experience with accounts receivable recovery. In many instances Mr. Meyer has successfully decreased client’s outstanding accounts receivable by as much as 95%.
